Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of the delivery or pickup date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, odor-free, and in original condition with tags attached. Any items returned that do not meet these requirements may be denied.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
• Sale or clearance items
• Custom or personalized items
• Accessories (including jewelry and hats)
• Seasonal or holiday merchandise
Return Process
To start a return, email us at [SHOPBRANDEDKB@GMAIL.COM] with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions for sending your item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Store Credit
Approved returns will receive store credit issued via email once your return is received and inspected. Store credit does not expire and can be used online or in store.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Branded KB reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these policy requirements.
